Tuesdays at 6PM EST | $35 per class or 2 for $25 | Prepay for all 11 classes and receive a 10% discount.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Handouts will be available. Dress comfortably and bring a notebook and writing utensil for notes. Bring a blanket if you get cold easily while meditating.
This is a sober safe space. No drugs or alcohol permitted.

Week 1 — February 24
Foundations of Attunement

This foundational class establishes grounding, presence, and nervous-system safety. Students learn meditation, breathwork, centering, visualization, and chakra awareness to support embodied spiritual practice and daily regulation.
Week 2 — March 3
Wholeness & Inner Healing
Sacral Chakra · Water · Wholeness
A gentle exploration of emotional and spiritual healing. This class focuses on restoring connection between the self and spirit, allowing integration without force, reliving, or bypassing.
Week 3 — March 10
Spiritual Sovereignty
Solar Plexus · Fire · Sovereignty
This class explores personal authority, free will, and conscious choice. Students learn to identify control dramas, reclaim energetic autonomy, and align with authentic self-direction.
Week 4 — March 17
Sacred Communion
Heart Chakra · Air · Communion
Focused on relational spirituality, this class teaches heart-centered connection with animal totems, familiars, and spirit allies, emphasizing consent, respect, and mutual relationship across realms.
Week 5 — March 24
Sacred Invocation
Throat Chakra · Ether · Invocation
An exploration of words, sound, and intention as creative forces. Students work with affirmations, charms, and invocations, learning ethical and conscious use of language in spiritual practice.
Week 6 — March 31
Discernment & Higher Perception
Third Eye · Light · Discernment
This class introduces safe and grounded exploration of expanded perception, including intuition, channeling, and non-ordinary awareness, with strong emphasis on discernment and energetic boundaries.
Week 7 — April 7
Sacred Remembrance
Crown Chakra · Consciousness · Remembrance
An advanced exploration of ascension as remembrance rather than striving. Students engage with I AM principles, cellular memory, and identity beyond form in a grounded, embodied way.
Week 8 — April 14
Living Alchemy
Earth Star · Earth Spirit · Alchemy
An embodied class on plant intelligence and earth-based wisdom. Students explore herbalism and alchemy as relational practices rooted in respect, sensory awareness, and ancestral knowledge.
Week 9 — April 21
Timelines & Integration
Soul Star · Aether · Integration
This class explores past-life recall, soul memory, and non-linear time with a focus on safety, grounding, and integration—using memory for healing rather than identity fixation.
Week 10 — April 28
Paths of Devotion
High Heart · Divine Air · Devotion
An exploration of conscious devotion and deity work rooted in relationship rather than hierarchy. Students learn devotional practices that deepen reverence without self-erasure.
Week 11 — May 5
Expanded Perception
Quantum Mind · Space · Perception
The culmination of the series, this class integrates expanded sensory awareness and multidimensional perception while emphasizing balance, embodiment, and ethical responsibility.
